A beautiful hotel. The service is very good. The room was excellent, the restaurant was worthwhile. The surrounding area of ​​the Black Forest is very inviting. The breakfast was plentiful despite the corona situation. We would love to come back.

To test a restaurant, I always start with the simple things. In this case it was a fried chicken with potato salad. The chicken was plentiful and good, a bit dry, but with a tasty breading. The potato salad was more like a mush than a salad, mixed with old field salad. Sorry, but that was the worst potato salad of my life!

They still exist, the simply extraordinary restaurants. Here we have experienced a really skilled, unobtrusive, extremely attentive service, flexible even when changing requests and always friendly. The whole thing was only surpassed by the food itself, all dishes exceptionally good, the finest sauces, salads, side dishes, we were more than positively surprised, right through to the extraordinary dessert that almost made you want to start again. Everything is great all round, a real recommendation. We will be back in any case.

During our past restaurant visits to the Adler everything was always great! But recently last night we wanted to enjoy the eagle's very good cuisine again and were extremely disappointed. The braised chicken in the pot advertised on the menu was the toughest bird ever presented to us. The vegetables were not nearly cooked to the point, but literally raw! The operating staff was probably not really able to deal with our reviews about the food as well as the wine and then behaved rather dismissively towards us. At a restaurant in this price range, we expect perfectly prepared dishes. We are not necessarily picky because we sometimes go to Chinese, pizzerias and other places to eat, but we always judge the price-performance ratio. Yesterday evening we had very much regretted the money paid (without discount) and would have preferred to have dinner elsewhere. Our conclusion: "Star cuisine for the table of the poor"!

We stop here every year on our way south. It is always a real gift. Everything is right. The house is cozy and has its own charm. The food is really like top class and the advice and service are loving, always extremely attentive. I would very much like to come back in 2020!

A nice hotel, an excellent restaurant kitchen, I was really excited and the wines harmonize perfectly with the food. The beds were super comfy and there were several extra free choice pillows available. The small but fine bathroom had a relatively large shower cabin and a rain shower. The only downside for me was the breakfast, the poor looked and the kitchen was in the evening offered unfortunately could not keep up.

As a business traveler, I stayed at the Hotel Adler for one night and was already impressed by the very warm welcome. In the restaurant, too, I was completely impressed by the warmth and quality of service. Here you can feel the fun and the passion very clearly. In addition, my individual dessert requests were made possible. The food was perfect too! Clear recommendation from me.

We have been to Eagle Lunch after our civil marriage. Upon request, we were offered, that also a overriding the normal opening times was not a problem. The food was outstanding and the service was extremely friendly and accommodating. We'll be back!

Very very nice service, food was excellent

Very good service, pleasant guest rooms, quite spacious, clean rooms and quiet location. The breakfast buffet was quite well arranged, but ok, and fried eggs on order also. The menu promised good, upscale cuisine, which I did not try. Striking was the selection of extra pillows in the hallway.

Nice rooms in a quiet region. Cost free wireless internet and a very good restaurant. I recommend it.
